To start your water delivery service, follow these simple steps:

• Pickup your phone and dial our hotline numbers.
• Tell us your address & phone number in details.
• Confirm & Schedule your first delivery.

• Once your first water delivery is scheduled, you will be assigned a Route Sales Representative (RSR) or sales man who will arrive the day of your delivery with your water dispenser, which is typically installed for you, and your water.
• Your RSR will continue to deliver your water to you on the designated schedule.
• Throughout your service, when you finish the water in 1 or more of your bottles, you will return those empty bottles to our sales man and exchange full bottles for the empty bottles.
