Purification method

Providing crisp, refreshing, great-tasting water is a complex process. We have a state-of-the-art water filtration system and ancillary equipment and treat the underground water (Deep aquifer) under the supervision of experts. Usually the raw water of 800 feet itself is found fit for human being. This water is further treated to make cent percent safe and pure for drinking.  Our water tastes so crisp and refreshing because we go through multiple processing steps that are monitored closely at our production facilities to ensure every jar meets our quality standards.

Primary treatment
Conventional Filters remove impurities in water by filtering them out and capturing them before the water is consumed.

Reverse Osmosis is the finest water filtration method known to clean and purify water. This process will allow the removal of particles as small as ions from a solution. It is used to purify water and remove salts and other impurities in order to improve the color, taste or properties of water. R.O. uses a membrane that is semi-permeable, allowing the fluid that is being purified to pass through it, while rejecting other ions and contaminants from passing. This includes excessive salts, micro-organisms, and other products left behind by disinfection products and chemical toxins.

Ultraviolet Water Purifiers

Ultraviolet technology is a non-chemical approach to disinfection. It is a proven technology that can protect you from waterborne disease-causing microorganisms, such as bacteria, viruses, algae, and fungi. Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection works by delivering concentrated amounts of UV light energy to the reproductive mechanism of the microbe, effectively killing it, i.e. it deactivates the DNA of bacteria, viruses and other pathogens and thus destroys their ability to multiply and cause disease. As water passes through the UV chamber, it instantly disinfects it.

Washing & Filling

Dew Naturally Fresh Drinking Water is hygienically processed by automatic machine and bottled under strict quality control. 5-Gallon jar/bottles are cleaned, sanitized and normally refilled 40 to 50 times. First the outside of jar is washed, and then the inside is cleaned carefully by hydrogen per oxide. Lastly the jars are washed with a great force of distilled water and become ready to fill. The whole process goes through under the supervision of our expert team. We adhere to bottled water quality standards to ensure that every bottle we deliver to your home or office is safe to drink and has a consistently great taste.

Our several stages of filtering that remove all types of harmful particles and bacteria from water:

  • Oxidation
  • Multi-Media Filter
  • Carbon Filter
  • Brine Tank
  • Water Softener
  • Reverse Osmosis
  • 1 Micron filter
  • 0.1 Micron Filter
  • UV (ultra-violet) sterilizer

What is Reverse Osmosis?

Osmosis allows a living cell to select only the correct minerals needed to sustain existence while rejecting of those minerals which would be harmful.

A reverse osmosis system works much the same way. It uses a special semi-permeable TFC (or thin film composite) membrane filter. TFC filters reject a higher percentage of all dissolved solids, including sodium, the smallest of molecules. The unit changes normal raw water into fine quality drinking water. It is important to note that no chemicals are used anywhere in the entire process.

A Reverse Osmosis System provides an unlimited supply of fresh drinking water free of harmful chemical.
